Kassidy came over to quote us on installing a new HVAC system. After looking at our unit, he let us know there might be an issue due to a possible leak. He quoted for a standard install and an install with new pipes if a leak was found. We had another tech from a different company come by and do a leak test and told us we did have a leak in our pipes and that we would have a major job on our hands because the leak was in the pipes under our house. Kassidy came by on the day of install and debunked the previous tech, not only saving us time, but a lot of money. He and his team were extremely professional and got the job done in no time. My family and I are now enjoying our A/C and couldn't be happier. Great service and highly recommend.

Kassidy was quick to respond to my call for a diagnosis of my old York furnace fan turning itself off and on when we weren't using the system at all. He was able to come over quickly and found the problem being the control board.

Between his diagnosis and getting the part my compressor fan failed and he quoted me a price to fix that as well.

When he arrived to start fixing things he answered a lot of my questions about different aspects of my system and what costs I would be looking at getting a new one including potential asbestos abatement as my home was built in the 50s.

Overall, I don't remember things running as well as they are now and when I am able to make the jump to a new AC and furnace he will be the one I'm calling. They communicated well and responded quickly and he wasn't acting like a salesman.

I called Climate Craft to fix a job that went south badly from another big name local company. It's fair to say I have pretty high standards, and Kassidy took on and exceeded them in a very timely fashion. A real professional who does quality work. Just wish I could find that in the other trades I've needed. I will 100% be using Climate Craft going forward. Thank you Kassidy!
